Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

How does B11 Online find the lowest flight prices?
Think of us as your digital travel scout. We scan hundreds of airlines, low-cost carriers, and verified booking partners in real time, comparing prices side by side so you can pick the cheapest and fastest routes without jumping between a dozen tabs.

Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?
Zero hidden fees on our end. The prices you see come directly from our airline and travel partners. When you select a flight, you book directly through official providers with full transparency on taxes, baggage rules, and seat selections before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my flight after booking?
Yes, depending on the fare policy of the airline you chose. Because your ticket is issued directly by the airline or travel provider, their specific cancellation and reschedule rules apply. Just check your confirmation email to manage or alter your booking directly through their portal.

When is the best time to book cheap flights?
Generally, booking domestic flights 3 to 6 weeks early and international flights 2 to 3 months in advance yields the sweetest deals. Flying mid-week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) also helps you dodge peak weekend fare spikes.

Do you offer airport taxis and ground transfers too?
Yes! Alongside flights, you can search and reserve private airport transfers and cabs right on our site, ensuring a driver is waiting the moment you land.
